![]() ![]() I think the message is that most planets will have access to all or part of the range of ingredient types but that this will be provided through visually different plants and animals, allowing planets and biomes to have their own biological identity. This list doesn’t really work for medicine IMO but additions to this list (for example: antiseptic, bacterial,stimulant, etc) is probably the way things will go. The current WIP list of ingredient types (Plant Protein, Natural Sweetener, Grain, Berries, Fruit, Mushroom, Kavae, Vegetables, Purified Water, Milk, Meat, Spice) will make up the full range of things we will need to craft food. The type of things I grow is usually in line with the environment I’m living in so being able pick from a range of flora is excellent for making visually diverse builds. The option to create visually stimulating farms/gardens (not just for growing food but the plant itself being the purpose) is an often underrated aspect of building. I would also like to drop in that having more variety in what we can grow will be a positive thing for builders. ![]()
